专利摘要:
A tensioning device for a tire chain, which comprises a first link member adapted to receive a chain link, a second link member adapted to receive another chain link, and an intermediate member, e.g. in the form of a tubular member, which is connected to the first link member and is interposed between the first link member and the second link member. The second link member is movable relative to the intermediate member. A shaft member which is associated with the intermediate member is fixedly connected to the second link member while being movable relative to the first link member. Preloaded springs are associated with the intermediate member and continuously act upon the connecting member so as to urge the second link member in the direction toward the first link member.

专利说明:

The invention relates to a means of increasing the patency of vehicles and relates to an anti-skid chain, in particular a clamping device for an anti-skid chain.
A clamping device for an anti-skid chain is known, comprising two compression springs and two connecting links, with fixing surfaces, each of which has a counter support for interacting with said springs and a guide part, the guide part of a single } 3rd connecting link being a housing and the other - the rod, while the rod is placed inside the housing [1].
A disadvantage of the known clamping device of the anti-skid chain is the inability to fix it in the tensioned position, which complicates the installation of the chain. .
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the process of mounting a circuit to a bus.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the clamping device is equipped with a latch having a locking element for interacting with two fixing surfaces, one of these surfaces being located on the outside of the housing and the other on the shaft, while the distance between the locking surfaces is equal to the smallest of the moves of the said springs , and the ends of the compression springs are located on the same level.
In FIG. 1 shows a clamping device of an anti-skid chain, a longitudinal section; in FIG. 2 and 3, a part of the clamping device according to FIG. 1, in which the connecting links are fixed in a Tensioned position, a cut; in FIG. 4 - section aa in figure 1.
The anti-skid clamping device 1 (Fig. 1) includes two connecting links 2 and 3 with hooks 4 and 5, with which the clamping device 1 is engaged in the anti-skid chain links b and 7 '. Both connecting links 2 and 3 are located with the possibility of longitudinal movement and compress the compression springs 8 and 9. Both compression springs 8 and 9 rest on their ends against the supports 10 and 11 installed on the ends of the guide parts 12 and 13 of the connecting links 2 and 3. Guide the part 12 of the connecting link 2 is a cylindrical body, and the guide part 13 of the other connecting link 3 is made in the form of a rod placed in the housing of the guide 5 of the part 12.
The clamping device is provided with a lock made in the form of a snap ring 14 or a bolt 15.
To insert the latch, the rod 10 of the guide portion 13 is made with an annular recess 16 for the retaining ring 14 or with a through hole 17 for the bolt 15.
The distance between the recess 16 or 15 of the bore 17 and the outer surface 18 of the counter support 10 is equal to the smallest stroke of one of the compression springs 8 and 9.
On the side surface of the cylindrical 2Q housing of the guide portion 12, an element 19 can be welded over the circumference of the housing, for example 106 °.
Before putting on the anti-skid chain, the device is stretched until the annular recess 16 or the passage hole 17 protrudes from the housing of the guide part 12. Then, the snap ring 14 is put on or the bolt 15 is inserted. After locking the clamping device in the tensioned position, the anti-skid chain 6 'without tensile load is simply and quickly put on the tire. 35
After putting on the anti-skid chain, the locking is released, so that the connecting links 2 and 3 of the clamping device, under the influence of the forces of both compression springs 8 and 9, move towards each other until the side part and ’with it the anti-skid chain are tensioned.
The proposed device allows to simplify the process of mounting snow chains on the wheels of vehicles and significantly reduce the time of operations.

[1]
The invention relates to means of increasing the permeability of vehicles and relates to an anti-skid chain, in particular a clamping device for the anti-skid chain. A clamping device for an anti-skid chain is known, comprising two compression springs and two connecting links with locking surfaces, each of which has a counter support for interacting with said single springs and a guide part, with the direction of the connecting link of one: body, and the other -. In this case, the rod is placed in the nutri icopnyca tl. A disadvantage of the known clamping device of the anti-skid chain is the impossibility of fixing it in the tensioned position, which complicates the assembly of the chain. . The purpose of the invention is to simplify the process of mounting the circuit on the bus. The goal is achieved by the fact that the clamping device is provided with a locking device having a locking element for engaging with Two locking surfaces, one of these surfaces being located on the outer side of the housing and one another on the rod, while the distance between the locking surfaces is equal to mentioned springs, and the ends of the compression springs are flush. FIG. 1 shows a clamping device for a pro-buckling circuit, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 and 3 of the clamping device according to FIG. 1, in which the connecting links are fixed in the closed position, cut; in fig. 4 is a section A-A in FIG. The clamping device 1 of the anti-skid chain (Fig. 1) includes two connecting links 2 and 3 with hooks 4 and 5, by means of which the clamping device 1 engages the links 6 and 7 of the anti-slip chain. Both connecting links 2 and 3 are arranged with the possibility of longitudinal movement and compress the compression springs 8 and 9. Both compression springs 8 and 9 with their ends rest on the countershafts 10 and 11 mounted on the ends of the guide parts 12 and 13 of the connecting links 2 and 3. Direction 5 1 part 12 of the connecting link 2 is a cylindrical body, and the guide part 13 of the other connecting link 3 is made in the form of a rod placed in the body of the guide part 12. The clamping device is provided with a locking ring 14 or more lta 15 fixative. To insert the retainer, the stem of the guide part 13 is provided with an annular recess 16 for a locking ring 14 or with an aperture 17 for a bolt 15. The distance between the recess 16 or an orifice 17 and the outer surface 18 of the counter support 10 equals the smallest move. squeeze. On the side surface of the cylindrical body of the guide part 12, the overlapping circumference of the body can be welded, for example, by 106 °. Element 19. Before putting on the anti-sparring chain, the device is stretched until the annular recess 16 or through hole 17 protrudes from the body of the guide part 12. Then the lock ring 14 is put on or the bolt 15 is inserted. After fixing the clamping device in the tensioned position, the anti-slip chain can be easily pulled onto the tire without the tensile load. y. After putting on the anti-slip chain, the fixation is removed, so that the connecting links 2 and 3 of the clamping device, under the influence of forces, both the compression springs 8 and 9 move towards each other until the side part and with it the ijenb anti-slip doesn’t fit. The proposed device allows to simplify the process of assembling the anti-skid chains on the wheels of vehicles and significantly reduce the time of operations. Claims An anti-slip chain clamping device comprising two compression springs and two connectors with locking surfaces, each of which has a counter support for said springs and a guide part, the guide part of one connecting link being a body, and the other, a rod, wherein the rod is placed inside the case, characterized in that, in order to simplify the process of mounting the chain to the busbar, it is provided with a lock having a locking element for interaction There are two locking surfaces, one of these surfaces is located on the outer side of the housing and the other is on the rod, the distance between the locking surfaces being equal to the smallest of the moves of the said springs, and the ends of the compression springs are at the same level.
